Holiday parties are crowded, cold-weather and often indoors. We style kids’ tables in holiday themes, bring activities that keep children busy, and set up soft play that works in a living room, a hall or an office.

Keeping kids busy at a grown-up party
At a family or office holiday party, the kids’ corner matters as much as the food. A hosted activity gives them something to make and take home while the adults talk.
- A hat or sunglasses decoration station for eight kids, with an attendant.
- A painting activity with easels, aprons and themed canvases.
- A stuffed plushie workshop for twenty guests, with a keepsake birth certificate.
- Soft play and a ball pit for toddlers, which need no power and fit indoors.
Planning around winter weather
November to March is the Bay Area’s rainy season, so plan indoors or under cover where you can. Soft play, ball pits, kids tables and workshops all work inside. If you do book an outdoor setup and the forecast turns, tell us before the crew leaves the warehouse and there is no cancellation fee; your payment becomes a credit for a new date.

Book December early
Holiday weekends are popular and availability is first-come, first-served. Your date is held once the 50% deposit is paid and the rental agreement is signed. If the booking is within a week of the party, payment is due in full.

Can you set up at an office or a church hall?
Yes. We deliver to homes, offices, halls and venues across the Bay Area. Tell us about loading access, stairs or elevators when you book, and check the venue’s own rules for outside vendors.
What works for a holiday party indoors?
Soft play, ball pits, kids tables and our hosted workshops all work indoors, and soft play needs no power.
How much does delivery cost in December?
The same as the rest of the year: $80 within 20 miles of our Oakland warehouse, then $4 a mile, and $8 a mile beyond 50 miles.
